Rocío Lorenzo

With a degree in Economics from the University of California (Berkeley), Rocío Lorenzo is specialized in international taxation, with a deep knowledge of taxation in multiple jurisdictions and a solid track record in designing tax strategies for cross-border transactions and multinational groups. With more than 20 years of experience, she also holds a Master’s degree in Tax Advisory and an MBA from IE Business School.

Her incorporation to the Héctor Pérez team comes after a solid career in prestigious firms such as RSM Spain, Crowe Spain, Grupo Global or her own professional practice in QualityAdvice, where he led the Tax area and advised clients with operations in multiple jurisdictions.

Héctor Pérez, managing partner of the Tax practice, highlights: “Rocío’s arrival brings a strategic vision and international experience that complements and strengthens our practice. Her ability to deal with complex transactions and her closeness to the client fit perfectly with our work philosophy”.

International taxation

According to a statement from the firm, international taxation is one of the most complex and relevant areas for companies with foreign operations, especially in a context marked by OECD reforms, BEPS guidelines and the increasing mobility of people and capital. For this reason, the arrival of Rocío Lorenzo will strengthen its capacity to advise multinational groups and expanding Spanish companies.
