RocaJunyent with ICF Capital on €70m fund
RocaJunyent has advised ICF Capital on the establishment and registration with the CNMV of Lidera Impuls Pime, a new private equity fund launched by the Institut Català de Finances (ICF) to support the growth of Catalan SMEs.
The fund has a €70 million endowment and aims to boost competitiveness, internationalisation, corporate consolidation processes and generational succession in companies with growth potential.
RocaJunyent’s advisory team included partner Xavier Foz Giralt, associate director Montserrat Pérez Simeon and lawyer Berta Bastardas.
