RocaJunyent Welcomes Professor José María Gimeno Feliu

RocaJunyent announces the addition of Professor José María Gimeno Feliu as of counsel to its Public Law department, comprising five partners and 17 lawyers. Professor Gimeno Feliu joins to bolster the firm’s public procurement services, bringing extensive expertise in public contracting to RocaJunyent’s clients.

A professor of Administrative Law at the University of Zaragoza since 2010 and former dean from 2003 to 2010, he also serves as the director of the Chair for Strategic Projects and Investments in Aragón since January 2024 and co-director of the Chair for Local Public Procurement of the Zaragoza City Council since 2020.

Professor Gimeno Feliu’s professional background includes directing the Aragón Local Law Chair from 2010 to 2012 and the Innovation in Health Procurement Chair from 2016 to 2020. He was President of the Aragón Public Procurement Tribunal from March 2011 to January 2018 and has been a member of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Development since 2015.
