RocaJunyent signs Javier Arenas Olivencia as partner
RocaJunyent has hired Javier Arenas Olivencia, formerly of Squire Patton Boggs, as a new partner in its M&A department in Madrid, specialised in Private Equity and M&A.

Arenas Olivencia joins from the corporate, private equity and M&A practice at Squire Patton Boggs, where he has consolidated his specialised expertise in highly complex investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
The new partner has extensive experience in company and business sales, joint ventures, mergers and other corporate restructuring, advising both national and international investment funds and companies and family businesses in various sectors and industries.
In the corporate field, he also serves as secretary to the board of directors of various companies and provides ongoing M&A advice on corporate and contractual matters to various Spanish companies and family businesses, as well as to international groups with a presence in Spain.
