David Antón

David Antón comes to RocaJunyent from Hogan Lovells and previously developed his career at Cuatrecasas. The main objective of his incorporation is to continue developing the firm’s Public Law and Public Administration Relations practice area, especially in matters related to regulated sectors, including energy, environment, public contracts and defense, taking advantage of his extensive experience of nearly 20 years advising large national and international companies.

The new partner brings a solid experience in several of the most relevant regulated sectors, including energy, environment, public procurement and defense. His experience includes advising on administrative proceedings, including permits, licenses and authorizations, environmental assessments, penalties, etc. In addition, he regularly participates in regulatory matters in M&A transactions and financing of assets and companies, due diligences, launching of new business lines, opening, modifications and expansions of activities and production centers, as well as in the defense in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings.

The new partner also has experience in coordinating teams in multi-jurisdictional operations, which reinforces RocaJunyent’s capacity to deal with complex projects of international scope.
