Albert Martínez Rodríguez
Martínez is a specialist in collective bargaining and restructuring processes. He also has experience as a litigator, a specialty in which he has litigated before the Social Jurisdiction in individual and collective matters. In addition, Albert Martínez is also an expert in preventive and pre-litigation advice in labour and social security law and before the labour and Social Security Inspection. The new partner joins RocaJunyent from the boutique labour law firm Vàzquez Advocats.
Reinforcement of the labour area
With his incorporation, RocaJunyent’s labour law team expands to 5 partners and 15 lawyers. The signing of Albert Rodríguez completes a year of reinforcement of the labour area of the firm. Thus, in 2023 the firm signed Alberto Novoa and his team from Ceca Magán as partners in Madrid, and María José Sánchez in Barcelona, also with her team of labour lawyers, in this case, from Augusta Abogados.
RocaJunyent’s Girona office
RocaJunyent’s Girona office has two partners and three senior professionals, specialists who offer advice in the main disciplines of business law, mainly corporate law, restructuring, insolvency and labour law.
