RocaJunyent Group adds Valencian firm EMHE Legal to its network in Spain
RocaJunyent incorporates the Valencian firm EMHE Legal, thus expanding its network of offices in Spain to 11 cities and incorporating Felipe Palau Ramírez and Javier Peñarrocha Mateu as new partners of the group.
Joan Roca, president of the group, explains that “we are very satisfied with the agreement of incorporation of EMHE Legal to RocaJunyent Group, which allows us to gain capillarity in Spain with a new office in Valencia, which results in a better link and offer of services in all the places where we have offices and also benefits the momentum that RocaJunyent is having in Madrid”.

EMHE Legal is managed by two partners, Felipe Palau Ramírez, a commercial lawyer who is also Professor of Commercial Law at the Universitat Politècnica de Valencia, and Javier Peñarrocha Mateu, also a specialist in Commercial and Procedural Law. The multidisciplinary firm offers legal advice in commercial, bankruptcy, tax, labor and criminal law.
The adhesion of EMHE Legal to the group was closed during the first meeting of the group’s partners, held in Malaga on October 3 and 4.
RocaJunyent Group
It is formed by the firms RocaJunyent, RocaJunyent-Gaona, RocaJunyent-Iparbilbao, RocaJunyent-Sanz Lomana Puras, RocaJunyent-Hernando Lara, RocaJunyent-Riutord Abogados and RocaJunyent-SGS, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Girona, Málaga, Seville, Bilbao, Burgos, Valladolid, Palma de Mallorca, Badajoz and, now, Valencia.
The group firms have 87 partners and a total of 350 professionals throughout Spain. At the close of the 2023 financial year, it had a turnover of 37.9 million euros.
