RocaJunyent has advised Axon Partners Group on its investment in Basquevolt, aimed at accelerating the industrialisation of next-generation solid-state battery technology.
The transaction marks a significant step forward for Basquevolt as it continues to execute its strategic roadmap towards large-scale industrial deployment.
The investment strengthens the company’s position within Europe’s advanced battery ecosystem, while contributing to the development of a competitive and resilient battery value chain across the continent.

The deal was led by Javier Arenas Olivencia, partner in the M&A practice at RocaJunyent, with the support of associate Erika Velasco Rubio.
