RocaJunyent advises on the acquisition of “Torre Mízar” for 36m
RocaJunyent has advised Rex Spain, a Zurich Group company, on the sale of the “Torre Mízar” office building to Mutualidad de los Arquitectos, Arquitectos Técnicos y Químicos (HNA) for 36 million euros.
The transaction has been advised by the real estate team, Roger Pla (partner), Carlos Fernández (associate) and Anna Estorach (collaborator).
The asset, located in Madrid’s Ciudad Lineal area, has 7,350 square metres and has become the third property in the same area owned by HNA.
