RocaJunyent advises on Axon’s entry into the share capital of Embention
RocaJunyent has advised Axon on its entry into the share capital of Embention, a technology group specialised in autopilot software and the manufacture of drone components.
By this deal, Axon Innovation Growth IV, a venture capital fund managed by Axon Partners Group and driven to detect scale ups with strong potential, consolidates its portfolio through its fourth transaction.
Founded in 2007 in Alicante, Embention specialises in the unmanned and autonomous aerial vehicles sector. By the end of 2021, the firm had a turnover of €3.3m and a portfolio of more than 500 customers in 70 countries, including Toyota and Airbus. The entry of Axon in its capital aims to boost the company’s strategic growth.
