RocaJunyent has counselled Mimeisa Asset Management on the €20 million sale agreement of a plot in Tenerife to Grupo Los Menceyes to build a complex for both residential and tourist uses
Los Menceyes has acquired the land to build a luxury complex in Playa San Juan. With this purchase, the group of Belgian origin continues its expansion on the island, this being the fourth project that the company is promoting in Tenerife, where it is developing nearly 300 luxury villas and flats in the municipality of Arona.
The acquired land by Los Menceyes Properties is located in Guía de Isora, with a surface area of 151,982 m2 and a buildable area of 58,439 m2, which is included in the Costa San Juan partial plan for the construction of a new tourist complex.
According to market sources, the Catalan management company Mimeisa Asset Management, the previous owner of the land, has stated that the sale was made for €20 million.
