RocaJunyent advises Enerside in the investment agreement with Laurion Group

RocaJunyent has advised the Catalan energy company Enerside, in the investment agreement with the family office Laurion Group.

In this way, Enerside, specialized in the development, construction and operation of photovoltaic solar parks, reinforces its financial structure to face its business plan.

Laurion takes a 12.6% stake in the listed energy company.

The transaction has been led by Jaime Tarrero Martos, M&A and Corporate – Capital Markets partner, and Silvia López Jiménez, real estate law partner.
