RocaJunyent advises Arthex Biotech on the closing of a €42m financing round 

RocaJunyent has advised Arthex Biotech on the closing of a €42m Series B financing round. 

The round was led by Columbus Venture Partners and also had participation from the European Innovation Council (EIC), Hadean Ventures, Sound Bioventures and previous investors Invivo Capital, AdBio Partners and CDTI. 

The team from RocaJunyent advising on this deal was formed by the partner, Xavier Foz Giralt, together with the senior associate, Jordi Bermúdez Gutiérrez.
