RLD moves Madrid office to Edificio Cuzco II

Madrid-based boutique firm RLD has moved its headquarters to the Edificio Cuzco II, at Paseo de la Castellana, 139, after 28 years on Calle Zurbano. The firm says the move responds to the growth of its team and strengthens coordination with its Dubai office.

The new office

The firm now occupies 450 m² on the eighth floor of the building, almost 80% more than the 253 m² it had at Zurbano. The space combines closed offices with open areas for teamwork. It also has a room reserved for transactions, meeting rooms with videoconferencing systems for coordination with Dubai, and room to keep adding professionals. The firm says the premises are better equipped technologically and suited to handling complex operations with the required confidentiality.

The new address is Edificio Cuzco II, Paseo de la Castellana, 139, 8.º dcha., 28020 Madrid, with additional access from Calle del Poeta Joan Maragall, 38.

Rafael López-Diéguez Piñar, managing director of RLD, explained the reasons for the move: “We had outgrown our Zurbano office. We needed more space and the right technology to receive our clients and work as a single team between Madrid, where we run the M&A transactions, and Dubai, from where we support companies in their internationalisation.”
