Rita Lufinha Borges joins Sérvulo as partner

Rita Lufinha Borges has joined Sérvulo & Associados as a partner in the real estate, tourism and urban planning department, reports the law firm. She transits from Miranda & Associados, where she was a partner. With 20 years of experience, Borges has built her career in those practice areas both in the Portuguese market and internationally.

The lawyer has, over the years, participated in numerous complex real estate transactions, as well as investment and development projects in both domestic and international markets. Vice-president of the Portuguese-Dutch Chamber of Commerce, Rita Lufinha Borges led the real estate practice at Miranda. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lisbon and two postgraduate diplomas: one in Corporate Legal Advisory from Instituto Superior de Gestão, and another in Telecommunications Law from the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences at the Faculty of Law of Lisbon.
