Rita Aleixo Gregorio elected to APDE board
Rita Aleixo Gregorio, a partner at PLMJ in the European and Competition Law area, has been elected as a board member of APDE – the Portuguese Association of European Law – for the next three-year term. APDE, now celebrating its 40th anniversary, aims to contribute to the dissemination of European Law in Portugal. As a member of FIDE – the International Federation of European Law – APDE has also contributed to the debate on current legal issues within the European Union.
Rita joined PLMJ in 2020 and is now a partner in the EU and Competition Law practice. With over 20 years’ professional experience, she has focused on advising public and private clients on Portuguese and European competition law matters. Before joining PLMJ, Rita was a managing associate at the law firm VdA and worked in the restrictive practices department of the Portuguese Competition Authority.
