RCD incorporates Manuel Martín Moreta as partner
RCD has hired Manuel Martín Moreta as a new partner in the labor law department. He joins from Dfive Legal Partner.
Manuel Martín Moreta
Manuel has experience as a specialist in labor law, specifically in ERE/ERTE processes, substantial modification of working conditions, geographic mobility and labor litigation in both individual and collective proceedings. He also assists and advises General Managements and HR Departments, as well as workers’ representative bodies in national and international companies in sectors such as catering, renewable energies or technology consultancy.
He holds a Law Degree from the University of Salamanca and a Master’s Degree in Law from IE Business School. Before joining RCD, Manuel has developed his professional career as a partner in several national law firms.
Claudia Valero
He is accompanied by Claudia Valero, a lawyer specialized in labor law. These appointments are in addition to the recent incorporations in strategic areas carried out by the firm which, together with the expansion of its office in Valencia and the opening of a new office in Cordoba, its second in Andalusia, support its will to continue on the path of growth.
