RCD incorporates Borja Díaz-Guerra as a partner in the corporate department
RCD has made progress in its growth plan with the incorporation of Borja Díaz-Guerra, until now an M&A partner at Ecija, as a new partner in the corporate law department.
Borja Díaz-Guerra
Borja has more than 17 years of experience in advising on corporate matters, specifically in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, due diligence and corporate reorganisations, advising national and especially international clients, as well as investment firms.
RCD’s new partner holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Legal Consultancy from IE Law School. He has been recognised by the most prestigious international legal directories and is a member of the Law Society qualified as a Solicitor for England and Wales.
Prior to joining RCD, Díaz-Guerra has developed his career in various national and international law firms, such as Deloitte, where he began his career as a corporate lawyer, Dunas & Wilson, Baker & McKenzie and Benow Partners.
Talent and Growth Expansion
This new signing is part of the movements that the firm is making in accordance with its commitment to talent and its growth and expansion plan which, during the previous months, has materialised with relevant incorporations for strategic areas and actions such as the expansion of the Valencia office or the opening in Cordoba, the second office of the firm in Andalusia.
