RCD appoints five new partners

RCD has announced the internal promotion of five new partners: Sara Rafecas, Josu Ibarzabal, Carlos Domínguez, Ramon Manyà and Fernando Sempere. With these promotions, the firm strengthens its M&A and Corporate Law, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Tax departments.

These promotions are in addition to the recent appointments of Íñigo de Ros Raventós as partner in the Corporate Criminal Law and Regulatory Compliance Department and Javier Galán as partner in the Real Estate Department, further strengthening the added value that the firm offers its clients.

In addition, RCD has also strengthened its offering with the appointment of seven internally promoted directors: Jordi Roselló, Júlia Rousaud, María de la O Fernández de la Rocha, Constantino Padín, Antonio Guerrero, Miquel Barreda and Rocío Martín; and the addition of two directors: Albert Martínez and David Molina.

Adolf Rousaud, co-managing partner of RCD, comments: ‘These promotions demonstrate that effort and excellence are truly recognised at RCD. Our clients benefit from increasingly strong teams, and our lawyers have clear benchmarks for growth and leadership within the firm.’

Ignasi Costas, also a managing partner at the firm, adds: ‘Having new partners and directors who have in-depth knowledge of our culture and way of working further strengthens the unique proposition we offer our clients. Their leadership skills and commitment are essential to our continued evolution as a leading firm.’
