RCD advises BUSUP on the closing of a €13 million funding round
The corporate transport company BUSUP has closed a €13 million funding round in a two-stage operation that began in 2022.
The company has developed B2B technology to optimize employee transportation, based on reservation management and route planning. It currently operates in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States. It has also launched a pilot project in Italy while continuing to explore other markets. With the new funds, BUSUP will consolidate its value proposition, operations, and team.
A team led by Iñaki Frías and Antonio Guerrero, partner and associate of the corporate law department from RCD, has advised BUSUP on this operation.
