RCD adds Javier Galán as real estate partner

RCD strengthens its Real Estate Law area with the addition of Javier Galán, from Fieldfisher as a partner

With a professional career spanning more than 15 years, Galán has advised on a wide variety of matters, including complex real estate transactions, financing, leases, and contracts. His extensive experience in the real estate sector has enabled him to advise on real estate and financing transactions, providing advice to both domestic and international clients such as REITs (SOCIMIs), investment funds, and joint ventures, servicers, as well as construction companies and developers, building a strong relationship with Spanish and international real estate operators and financing entities.

Law graduate from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI-ICADE), he holds an LL.M. in Business Legal Advice from IE Law School, where he also serves as an associate professor, as well as an Executive Master in Corporate Finance from Esade.
