Ramón y Cajal incorporates Manuel Martín Moreta as a labor partner
Ramón y Cajal Abogados has hired Manuel Martín Moreta, from RCD, to head the labor and employment area of its Madrid office. The new partner has more than twenty years of experience in advising national and international companies in sectors such as renewable energies, technology consulting or hotel and catering, among others.
In the words of Martín Moreta: “Joining a firm of the prestige of Ramón y Cajal Abogados is a great opportunity for me and, at the same time, an enormous responsibility. Together with Covadonga Acebal and Claudia Valero I hope to contribute to the growth of the firm in an area, that of labor law, in permanent growth and transformation.”

The new partner specializes in workforce restructuring processes, ERE-ERTE, collective bargaining, hiring and design of remuneration policies, special labor relations and TRADE, functional and geographic mobility or individual and collective proceedings of substantial modification of working conditions.
His professional practice also includes advising in conflict situations and labor litigation, representing clients in all judicial instances of the social order.
He holds a law degree from the University of Salamanca and a post-graduate degree from IE Business School where he completed the Advanced Program in Law.
