Ramón y Cajal and Cuatrecasas on the acquisition of the hotel Barceló

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Zuhaira, a subsidiary of Gorbea Arrendamientos, in the financing for the acquisition of the hotel Barceló Costa Ballena, in Rota, Cádiz.

Gorbea Arrendamientos is a company based in Madrid specialised in management and administration of real estate property.
