Ramón y Cajal advises on 49m Alcalá Magna´s restructuring debt

Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Banco Santander (Sole Bookrunner, MLA, and Agent), and Banco Pichincha España, as lender, in the banking syndicate that has restructured the structured debt of the real estate asset Alcalá Magna, a shopping center owned by the listed company (BME Growth) Trajano Iberia Socimi.

The shopping center is located in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, and is a reference point for fashion, restaurants, leisure and entertainment in the city. The transaction amounts to 49,050,000 million euros.
