Ramón y Cajal advises Montepino on the listing of its shares on Euronext Access Paris
Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Montepino Logística on the listing of its shares on Euronext Access Paris.
The initial listing price was €11.07 per share with an approximate market capitalisation of €952m. In addition, VGM Advisory Partners acted as listing sponsor for Montepino and Bankinter acted as agent.
The Ramón y Cajal team advising on this deal was led by Capital Markets partner Carlos Lao (pictured) together with the lawyer Carlos Jimeno Cacho.
In addition, the Real Estate, Tax and Corporate departments of Ramón y Cajal have participated in the corresponding due diligence review process, led by partners Miguel Ferre Puy (Real Estate) and Luis Rodríguez-Ramos (Tax) with the collaboration of lawyers Jaime Gutiérrez, Mateo Perelló and Marta Santos García-Sintas (Real Estate), Ursula del Moral Fernandez (Tax) and Julia Vernis Prat and Inmaculada González Cuesta in corporate matters.
