Ramón y Cajal advises Ezentis on Liteyca deal

Ramón y Cajal advised Grupo Ezentis on the acquisition of Liteyca’s telecommunications business for €27.5 million.

Telecommunications infrastructure business Ezentis, through its subsidiary Excellence Field Factory, has acquired business from Liteyca that includes the assignment of Telefónica ‘Customer Loop’ and ‘FTTH Project Mode Fibre Deployment’ contracts in Madrid, León, Ávila, Salamanca, Zamora and Las Palmas, and the assignment of personnel, fixed assets and leasing contracts for premises and fleet assigned to these provinces.
