Jiménez Alarcón, who was already part of the firm between 2018 and 2022 as a senior associate, now rejoins as a partner in the area, after more than three years of experience at Dentons.

Jiménez Alarcón specializes in advising on all matters related to real estate law, including due diligence reports, sale and purchase of companies and real estate assets (residential, offices, shopping centers, hotels, data centers, rural properties, etc.), sale & leasebacks or lease agreements. He also has extensive experience in corporate law.
He also stands out for his academic work, currently teaching Construction and Housing and Civil Law I at the University of Castilla La Mancha.
