Quantum Capital Partners, advised by GMQ Abogados, closes purchase of Stora Enso

GMQ Abogados has closed a complex acquisition transaction, advising the German equity fund Quantum Capital Partners. The German investment company acquired Stora Enso Barcelona.

The business purchased has a turnover of more than 120 million euros and holds an important position on the Spanish market (representing 30% of the market in Spain), which makes it subject to the oversight and prior authorisation of the National Competition Commission.
