Qanlex raises US$30m for its third litigation investment fund

Qanlex, a pioneering litigation finance fund operating in Europe and Latin America, has raised USD 30 million for its third investment fund.

Legal challenges without financial restrictions

The funds raised will be used to finance arbitrations and court litigation, boosting investment in meritorious claims. Qanlex provides the necessary capital to undertake legal actions that, due to their high cost, could not otherwise be pursued. In return, only in the event of a favorable outcome, does it receive a smaller portion of the amount awarded.

In addition to the traditional model of third-party litigation funding, Qanlex offers to advance part of the claim amount, thus helping companies to finance themselves so that they only have to repay the capital in the event of a favorable litigation outcome.
