PwC Tax & Legal advises on the incorporation of Izertis’ €30 million commercial paper program in the MARF

PwC Tax & Legal has acted as legal advisor to Izertis in the registration of the renewal of a €30 million Commercial Paper Program in the MARF.

The entities collaborating in the Program as Placement Entities are Renta 4 Banco (also acting as Registered Advisor and agent) and Bestinver.

A PwC Tax & Legal team formed by partner Beltrán Gómez de Zayas, Mario Maza Morales and Eduardo Lago Velilla has participated in the registration process.
