PwC Tax & Legal advises in SanLucar Fruit alliance with the french company Buonanno

SanLucar Fruit has acquired an stake in the French company Buonanno, located in Perpignan (France), as part of the expansion.

Buonanno, founded in 1969, operates as an importer and exporter of fresh vegetables at the Saint-Charles International Market in Perpignan, a southern French city located near the Mediterranean coast and close to the Spanish border.

PwC Tax & Legal has advised SanLucar Fruit on this deal with a Legal team formed by Iván Echevarría (director), Beatriz Hernández (manager) and Inés Sánchez (associate).
