PwC Legal advises IAN on Productos Noreñenses deal
PwC Legal acted for Grupo Industrias Alimentarias de Navarra (IAN) on the acquisition of Spanish tinned meat producer Productos Noreñenses, according to Mergermarket.
In 2015, Productos Noreñenses’ sales totalled €17.5 million.
Canned vegetable and ready meal producer IAN exports its products to more than 55 countries, with its main markets being Germany, France, the US, Canada, Australia, Russia and Japan.
IAN’s main products are olives, tomato sauces and asparagus sauces.
