PwC advise Opdenergy on MARF registration
PwC Tax & Legal has acted as registered advisor to Opdenergy Holding on its registration of the renewal of a €100 million green commercial paper programme in Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF).
The registration process involved a PwC Tax & Legal team formed by (pictured from left to right) partner Beltrán Gómez de Zayas, senior manager Emilio Aparicio Marina and senior associate Mario Maza Morales.
Opdenergy is an independent producer of renewable energy, focused on the production of solar photovoltaic and onshore wind energy. With more than 15 years of experience, they have been working in many proyects of different renewable technologies.
The entities collaborating in the program as placement entities are Banco Santander (which also acted as paying agent), Banca March and Bestinver S.V.
The law firm, Evergreen Legal, acted as legal advisor to the Issuer.
