Prolaw and Iberia Abogados complete their merger

Prolaw Iberia announces a groundbreaking transformation in the legal landscape as two stalwarts, IBERIA ABOGADOS and PROLAW ABOGADOS, officially merge to form PROLAW Iberia – Abogados, effective February 1, 2024. The new law firm emerges from the fusion, aiming to provide clients with more comprehensive services and holistic advice.

This merger signifies the perfect synergy between both law firms, pooling efforts, expertise, and over 25 years of accumulated experience. The union is poised to deliver an expanded service portfolio, particularly excelling in areas such as taxation, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, civil, criminal, social, and contentious litigation, restructuring, labor law, and regulatory compliance. More than just a change in name, this merger reflects a renewed commitment to quality and innovation in legal advisory services.

From their offices in Madrid and Málaga, Prolaw Iberia embarks on a new chapter filled with exciting challenges and growth opportunities. The union is built on the foundation of very similar corporate cultures with a high level of excellence and a philosophy of complete client proximity.
