Proença de Carvalho advises Crest on Tecnopack acquisition
Proença de Carvalho advised Crest Capital Partners on the acquisition of Tecnopack – Comércio e Assistência Técnica de Equipamentos para Embalagem, along with Embalpom, Seven Way – Pack Solutions, Tectray, Teclogistics and Etirótulos – Produção e Comercialização de Etiquetas, as well as the other subsidiaries involved in the transaction.
The deal forms part of a consolidation strategy in the packaging sector, bringing together under a single platform companies with complementary activities spanning commerce, production, logistics, labelling and technical assistance for packaging equipment and solutions, with a presence in the industrial and agri-food segments.
