With over 23 years of experience in talent acquisition, development, and training, Rodríguez Lainz brings a wealth of expertise to the firm. In her new role, she will oversee strategic growth in the Tax & Legal sector, actively participating in executive search and consulting projects aimed at talent development.
Rodríguez Lainz’s career spans across Spain and Latin America, where she held key positions, including HR Director at CMS ASL and Head of Talent at Cuatrecasas’ Madrid office. In Chile, she served as Director at Ackermann International, a leading executive search firm.
Her academic credentials include a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a master’s in HR Management, and certification in Executive Coaching from the Instituto de Empresa. She is an active member of Eje&Con and Women in a Legal World, and regularly contributes to industry publications and foundations focused on professional development.
