PRA integrates PVA Legal and welcomes 3 new partners

PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados expands its team with the integration of PVA Legal, welcoming six new lawyers, including three partners. This operation allows PRA to consolidate strategic practice areas, namely real estate, tax, litigation, and employment, while strengthening its team with experienced professionals who will now work in the Lisbon office, states the law firm.

As part of this integration, Filipe Pimenta joins PRA as partner and will lead the real estate practice in Lisbon. With over 20 years of experience, Filipe Pimenta has served as president of the Cascais Delegation of the Portuguese Bar Association, was a member of the Lisbon Deontology Council, and was recently elected vice-president of the General Council of the Portuguese Bar Association.

Among otheradditions, Sandra Vitorino also joins as partner and will lead the tax practice in Lisbon. A lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, she has developed her practice with a strong focus on litigation and arbitration in administrative and tax law.

The team is further reinforced across different practice areas: Telma Marques Vitorino joins as partner in litigation and arbitration; David Lopes Borralho strengthens the employment practice as associate; Paulo Cascão joins as of counsel; and Joana Traguedo joins the real estate team as a trainee lawyer.
