PRA creates new asset management department
PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados announces the creation of its asset management department, consolidating a practice area that has been playing an increasingly relevant role in the firm’s structure and strategy.
The new department is led by partner Catarina Costa Lopes (pictured), whose experience has been key to the growth and development of this area, according to PRA. The team focuses on the establishment of special vehicles for real estate investment, including the support of investment funds and real estate management companies, covering all legal and regulatory aspects.
