PPCP Legal & Finance advises on the issuance and placement of debt securities of Umbrella Solar, Arena Power and Sun Investment Groupen
PPCP Legal & Finance has advised Umbrella Solar, Arena Power and Sun Investment Group on the issuance and placement of debt securities of their respective affiliates in the French and Spanish markets. The placement is carried out through the platform of Enerfip España.
These issues are in addition to the original transactions of the IDEnergy (two issues), Dominion and Enerside (two issues) groups, bringing the total volume of transactions to around €30m in 10 months. The international impact was reflected in the need to coordinate the following jurisdictions: France, Hungary, Poland, Chile, Italy, Lithuania and, of course, Spain.
The corporate teams on these new issues include the likes of Emilio Cañavate, Vanessa Bigata, Natalia Sastre, Elsa Corchero, Carlos Rubio, José Luis Lobato, Enrique Gómez de Priego, Miguel Sastre, Antonio Sierra, José Romano and Miguel Blasco among several others.
The PPCP Legal & Finance team structuring the transactions was formed by partners José Antonio Caicoya and José María Galilea.
