PPCP Legal & Finance advises on debt issuance for Italian battery storage projects
PPCP Legal & Finance has advised Enerfip España and Sunco Capital on the issuance and placement of debt securities in the French and European markets, aimed at financing the development of a portfolio of battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across multiple regions in Italy.
The transaction, structured and launched via the sustainable investment platform Enerfip España, underscores Sunco Capital’s commitment to expanding access to sustainable investment, while enabling retail investors to participate in the financing of high-impact clean energy infrastructure.
