Ponti & Partners integrates the law firm Covaltic
Ponti & Partners has integrated the valencian law firm Covaltic, specialised in information and communication technologies.
The firm, headquartered in Gandía, is made up of a team of professionals from the fields of law, IT and business administration. It also specialises in information and communication technologies.
With this integration, the firm now has almost 50 professionals and intends to consolidate its new technologies department, adding advice on data protection and e-commerce.
“This integration will allow us to provide a better service in regulatory compliance with data protection, privacy policies and e-commerce,” said Joan Salvà (pictured), managing partner of Ponti & Partners.
