Teresa Madeira Afonso, joint coordinating partner of the firm’s real estate practice area: “This is a challenge I accept with the greatest enthusiasm and which I regard as a continuation of the type of work I have been developing at PLMJ where, within the corporate M&A team, I have been involved in major real estate transactions for the firm’s clients. From the point of view of work, matters and clients, this is a step that makes the firm and in my career, to which must be added the privilege of co-coordinating an extraordinary team, alongside Rita Alarcão Júdice and Francisco Lino Dias”.

Bruno Ferreira, PLMJ’s managing partner: “Our vision for the firm’s positioning is clear and is bringing results that have been surpassed year after year and this path will continue. We want to have teams that, as well as having an in-depth knowledge of the sector in which they operate are able to combine different expertises and offer our clients the approach that they are increasingly looking for and where we are positioned: a transactional profile and large, highly complex operations. The combination of Rita Alarcão Júdice, in-depth knowledge of real estate, and Francisco Lino Dias with Teresa Madeira Afonso’s experience in Corporate M&A is the right fit.
