PLMJ recruits former Cuatrecasas co-managing partner

Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira’s former Portugal co-managing partner Diogo Perestrelo has joined PLMJ.

Corporate and M&A specialist Perestrelo’s expertise includes deals in the transport, energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as private equity transactions.

Perestrelo stepped down as Cuatrecasas’ co-managing partner for Portugal in July 2015.
