PLMJ advises Minor International on €313m Portuguese hotel deal
PLMJ advised Minor International in the sale of three hotels located in Lisbon.
The hotels are Tivoli Avenida da Liberdade, Tivoli Oriente Lisbon and AVANI Avenida da Liberdade. They were sold to Invesco Real Estate in a transaction worth €313 million. According to PLMJ, this is the largest ever hotel deal completed in Portugal.
PLMJ also advised Minor’s subsidiary, NH Hotel Group, on the deal. NH Group which will lease and operate the hotels for an initial period of 20 years.
The PLMJ team was led by real estate partner Francisco Lino Dias (pictured). It also included managing associate Abel de Barbosa Mendonça and senior associate Guilherme Seabra Galante.
