PLMJ advises M7 on the sale of IN Ermesinde Retail Park
PLMJ advised M7, a specialist in the commercial real estate market, on the sale of IN Ermesinde Retail Park to Swiss Life Asset Managers, in a purchase carried out through Mistral Sélection SCPI. Located 13 kilometres north-east of Porto, the IN Ermesinde Retail Park has a total area of over 7,000 m2 and is Mistral Seléction SCPI’s first foreign acquisition.
The transaction was led by Ricardo Reigada Pereira, co-head partner of the real estate and tourism practice, with the participation of Diogo Neves, coordinating associate in the same area (both pictured from left to right).
