PLMJ advises Fundo VIP on 33m investment

PLMJ has advised Fundo VIP, an open-ended real estate investment fund managed by SILVIP, on the purchase of a fraction of the Alegro Montijo shopping center in which the Sonae group operates a Continente hypermarket. This purchase from the Ceetrus Group involved an investment of 33 million euros.

The PLMJ team was led by Luís Filipe Santiago Salema (pictured), senior associate, and also included
Catarina Patrício Cruz, associate, both in the Real Estate and Tourism area. The property has an area of around 16,500 m2 and was completely renovated in 2023, continuing to be explored by Sonaetate & Environment Group brands), Andrew Galantay (Junior Associate – Corporate / M&A).
