PLMJ advises Eco Wave Power on Portugal landing

PLMJ has counselled Israel´s Eco Wave on the opening of a subsidiary in Porto

 

PLMJ has represented Eco Wave Power not only in all the procedures for opening the subsidiary but also assumes responsibility for handling the licensing procedures for the development of this project.

Eco Wave Power is a company, founded in Tel Aviv, Israel, in 2011 and listed on Nasdaq First North Stockholm, which produces energy through waves, recently opened a subsidiary in Porto. This decision, announced as strategic by the company, will allow Eco Wave Power to begin official licensing procedures for its innovative wave energy project (for 20MW) designed for Portugal, and which is provided for in the concession contract signed with the Leixões Port Authority, APDL.

PLMJ team was led by Public Law managing associate Joana Brandão (pictured), and involved senior associate Nuno Serrão Faria, associate Rui Vasconcelos Pinto and trainee Hugo Aparício.
