PLMJ advises banks on €100m Greenvolt debt issue

PLMJ has advised the coordinating banks, Millennium bcp and CaixaBI, and the placement banks on the
issue of Greenvolt bonds, for a total amount of €100 million, called “Obrigações Verdes Greenvolt
2024-2029″, which was fully subscribed.

The PLMJ team involved on this operation, was led by Raquel Azevedo (pictured), partner in the banking and finance and capital markets practice. The team included lawyers from the same area, Rita Sacadura Orvalho, senior consultant, and André Gama Loureiro, associate, also contributing in the areas of tax and energy. Greenvolt is one of the largest companies in Europe in the renewables sector.
