PLMJ acts for TAP on €15m sale of LFP stake

PLMJ advised TAP Air Portugal on the sale of a 51 per cent stake in the duty free shop business Lajos Frances de Portugal (LFP) to French airports operator Vinci Airports.

 

LFP has 29 shops in five different airports. Swiss company Dufry will retain a 49 per cent stake in the business.

The deal was valued at €15.6 million.

LFP employs around 500 people and generated revenue of approximately €200 million in 2016.

Vinci Airports operates 35 airports worldwide and catered for 132.3 million passengers last year.
