PLMJ acts for Martinhal Group on Lisbon land acquisition

PLMJ advised Martinhal Group on the acquisition of the site of the former Universidade Independente in Lisbon.

Martinhal Group will build a school on the site that will accommodate up to 900 students – it will open for the 2019/2020 academic year.

The site is in Avenida Marechal Gomes da Costa, near Parque das Nações.

The PLMJ team was led by partner Sara Blanco de Morais and included senior associates Manuel da Silva Gomes and Nuno Pimentel Gomes.
